Chäsete - Make your own cheese

You will make your own cheese in around 2 hours. The Chäsete takes place outside in the Abländschen alpine air, authentically in a traditional copper kettle over the fire and with the support of local Alpine farmers. Musical accompaniment, food and drink and the direct sale of local products are part of the entertainment programme. Marvelling - exchanging stories - enjoying.
